Who will deliver my order?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO address, or international address?

No – at this time we are unable to ship to P. O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and international. We currently only ship within the contiguous United States.

What do I do if I need to return a product?

Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt and require preauthorization. All claims of damages must be made via email within 7 days of receiving product. Authorized returns must be received within 7 days of preauthorization unopened, unused and in its original packaging. All returned products are subject to a 15% processing fee and the cost of shipping. If 7 days from preauthorization have gone by and you have not returned your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a credit. Please do not return a product without contacting us first, as we can’t provide you with credit.

Can I cancel my order after payment is complete?

No. Your order is processed automatically by our warehouse and can’t cancel after payment is complete.

Can the shipping address be different than the billing address?

No. To prevent fraud we ship only to the billing address.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, we accept PayPal payments via our website only provided the shipping address is a PayPal confirmed address. Please note PayPal payments cannot be combined with other payments.

Will there be a shipping fee charge on my order?

Yes. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice with various rates

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept most major credit cards.
